Warranty service of slot machines include free of charge handling
of faults in the slot machine operation which occurred through the maker’s fault,
replacement of the slot machine (game board) faulty items, arrival of the maintenance
service technician to the client (in the case of necessity).
Service maintenance
On expiration of warranty period SolGames company carries out after guarantee paid maintenance of slot machines.
The company also replaces software if it is provided by the slot machine design.
